Zinc is a nutrient that helps yeast grow and can reduce the time it takes for fermentation to finish. Zinc Buddy is a precisely measured dose of zinc for 5 gallons of wort. The great thing about it is it is sterile, and can be added to the wort just after cooling and before you add the yeast. Includes three vials for three five gallon batches. This can be stored at room temperature, and has a shelf life of 2 years.
