This is another fitting that should have been born a long time ago. Machined out of big 304SS hex bar, we put female garden hose on one end and female beer thread on the other. Both ends have captured silicone gaskets. To be clear, the garden hose threads are the ones uniquely found in the U.S. so if you're outside the U.S., it's not the same as yours. The beer thread is that unique thread found on Sanke type keg couplers and the backs of beer faucet shanks. Note that we also have female garden hose to MALE beer thread if you want to skip going through the coupler and just want to blast out beer lines that have a beer nut and tailpiece on it.
What's the point? The two major uses we figured so far; Thread it on to the beer out of a Sanke coupler for flushing chunkage out of the kegs. The other use is for cleaning the coupler itself and the beer lines as well. This use requires that you attach a cleaning cap to the bottom of the coupler. https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/sankecleaningcap.htm . Then this adapter would thread on the gas in side of the coupler. When you blast water in, it cleans the internals of the coupler and sends water down the beer line as well. This is especially useful for flushing out jockeybox lines. Once the jockey box coils are all flushed out, switch back to CO2 with the cleaning cap still in place and you can use the gas to blow the water out of the lines.
