Description

If you don't have anything on your kettle and you want an easily removable element, this kit is for you. This version requires TIG Welding or Silver Soldering

The included parts are shown in the picture; 1650 watt integrated TC element, TC clamp, TC gasket, TC weld ferrule. The TC weld ferrule is usually TIG welded into your pot by a QUALIFIED welder. You can also silver solder the weld ferrule into your pot. This requires a 1-1/4" hole to be drilled and you will also need our silver solder kit and pull through install tool.

Element length is approximately 9.25" Long to the TC flange. With the added 1/2"-3/4" from the TC flange, your pot must be at least 9" in diameter.

Everything is 304 High polish stainless steel.

These are made in China. Warranty is 3 months from date of purchase and does NOT cover damage due to dry firing. These elements must be submerged in liquid any time power is applied.

5 of 5 Absolutely Amazing! January 26, 2020
Reviewer: Dylan Peters from Tamaqua, PA United States
Bobby went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with this product. First, he talked me out of a more expensive setup that he sells to better fit my eBrewing (BIAB) needs, then he stayed at his shop to do the labor while I was there even though he was getting ready to leave.

The product itself is pretty amazing. I have a hybrid setup with propane & electric. I use the electric to heat up my strike water to close to what I need (with a small blue flame) and then again to get up to boiling, but this element could easily get 7 gallons boiling if I had the patience. Anyway, I used the propane to get it to 200 degrees and the electric did the rest and maintained a rigorous boil for 60 minutes!

I have insulated my kettle and am going to try a 100% electric brew this week. If you don't have access to a 220V, don't fret. BUY THIS ELEMENT NOW!
