I live in East Texas, and any orifice not covered gets filled up with mud dauber material. They make big clumpy nests inside of my toolbox, they fill up any hose opening, they also fill in the openings of electrical receptacles. Makes it hard to plug in a cord when it’s full of mud rubber junk. These covers will go a long way to keep them out of my brew vessels that now have to be stored openly in the shop. I had them boxed up for the last five years because I wasn’t brewing, and they were just fine. The things I have to do to keep mud daubers out of my life!
