I was sent sweet orange peel by mistake. Took time to make photos and email Brew Hardware. They did not reply, it's been days since emailing. Am thinking twice about getting supplies from them again. This is for a very expensive Belgian triple and mistakes like this can ruin batches. Not used to customer service from Brew Hardware being non-existent. Am hoping the grains are what I actually ordered.
Brewhardware Response: The customer was using another vendor's product as a comparison. Having received another bulk shipment of both sweet and bitter peel from Brewer's Supply Group, noting that they are different, etc, we both came to agree that we did in fact ship the correct product. In addition, we shipped another pack of bitter peel just in case. We have changed the 1 star rating to a more neutral 3 due to the fact that we didn't make an error.
