Description   This tank requires a trade in of a 20 cuft tank (note that Nitro/beer gas tanks are sized in cubic feet, not pounds. A 20ft beer gas tank is approximately the size of a 5LB CO2 tank) in good condition with the latest HYDRO date stamp no older than 5 years. Look for a stamp on the tank that looks like 08 A 09 which would mean the hydro test date was last done in August of 2009. If there is a 5 point star after the date, we'll take the tank in trade if that date is no older than 9 years. If the tank is branded with BrewHardware.com, we do not look for tank dates at all. The tank you receive will be filled with 75% Nitrogen and 25% CO2, otherwise known as Beer Gas. It's NOT typically used for cold brew coffee but rather nitrogenated beers like stouts, etc. The valve must be intact and the tank must not be completely rusty. We reserve the right to refuse a trade in at our discretion. THESE TANKS ARE FULL, NO SHIPPING LOCAL ONLY.
