Bayou Classic Model 1060 - 62 quart measures 15.25" diameter x 18.75" high.

The Bayou Classic standard kettles have been on the market a while and are a favorite among homebrewers. One reason we really like them is the height to width ratio. Many other brands are more suited to cooking soup stock than wort. These provide a good compromise between volume and boil-off rate.
62 quarts (15.5 gallons) is ideal for 10-12 gallon all grain batches. It features 20-gauge stainless constructions, side handles, and an included lid.

There are many high dollar kettles to buy and a lot of them already have ports installed. The beauty of this kettle is Bobby worked with me to silver solder in a TC heating element port, thermometer probe, and valve port. He also punched two holes in the top for mash recir and whirlpool (buy his whirlpool arm). The cost of this kettle plus the labor charge plus BobbyS service and skills equal one of the best investment you can make in your brewery.

This is the best kettle for the money. I had Bobby drill 3 holes for an electric element, ballvalve and dial thermo and he installed all 3. By the time everything was done and shipped i paid $260.  You cannot get a 16gl electric kettle with dial thermo and ballvalve for this money...solid product too.

Kettle arrived quickly and was perfect for my needs.  I purchased it with the wells conversion kit and the video instructions made everything super easy.  Great product and great service!
