Green Bullet delivers a traditional bittering quality and hop flavor. A flagship within the New Zealand brewing industry and considered a bittering variety for lager it is more often found these days in big ale styles. Green Bullet also carries a solid Styrian spicy characteristic which also finds it at home in a freshly drawn pint of bitter or an Irish-style dry stout. Green Bullet is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Specific aroma descriptors of the Green Bullet hop includes black pepper, pine, plum and dried fruit characters; high levels of floral oil that complements and balances the piney resinous hop character. It has a resinous character reminiscent of Styrian Goldings, but layered with hints of musky Southern Hemisphere fruit.
