Do I have to pay sales tax?
	If you live in NJ, you will be required to pay sales tax on taxable items whether they are shipped to you or picked up in person at our store. More states are beginning to institute sales tax requirements once the number of orders exceed a threshold. We have not reached those thresholds for any other state so far, but if you see sales tax added at checkout, it's been reached for your state.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. If you checked out without creating an account, you'll have to email or call us.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 1-3 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering.
