Works well even for larger kettles December 19, 2023 Reviewer: Dean Palmer from Saint Petersburg, FL United States   Used this on the side of our 20 gallon kettle and it worked perfectly. No escaping steam unless the lid is opened to look into the kettle. Nice to have the ability to change nozzles as well. Was this review helpful to you?

1 bbl System, Gettin the Job Done! May 24, 2022 Reviewer: RiverBottomCraftBrew (JV) from Temecula, CA United States   1) It's compact 2)  The noise level is low, essentially the mist of the spray tip. 3) I run my two 5500 watt elements at 30% vs 60% at boil to achieve no steam. Essentially the product worked fantastic! So, technically my boil is more efficient and will pay for itself in about 90 brews (lol) 5) It's removable so you don't need to have it hanging off your kettle at all times 6) It's bad a$$! Let's face it, a lot of us invest to pimp out our man cave and it's just another piece to show off! The one thing that I would change is the sprayer shut-off valve.  With everything else being so nice looking (stainless), the plastic piece looks cheap in my opinion.  It's probably to keep the price down, but just saying. The final verdict will be on true brew day though (haven't done so cuz life happens).  With my test I'm confident it will collect all/99% of the steam, and I'm hopeful that  there will be NO DMS flavor in the final product.   Salud! -RiverBottomCraftBrew Was this review helpful to you?

I'm a huge fan of this product! December 16, 2021 Reviewer: Ron from Lancaster, CA United States   I live in a mediocre neighborhood, and it's great to  have the ability to brew indoors in all seasons without having a humidity issue. This is a well thought out and executed product, especially with the in-line faucet supply hose hooked in under the sink. 100% worth it. Was this review helpful to you?

Very happy March 27, 2021 Reviewer: R Weiderick from North Vancouver, BC Canada   I was unsure how well this would work or how much water it would waste. Well it worked perfectly and my ceilings and walls aren’t damp, let alone dripping like the were in winter. As far as water wastage I have the hose dripping into a sink so I’m not certain but I don’t need to have the flow more than a slow dribble to keep down the steam. Also I add less water to the kettle because it’s not boiled off so that helps offset the wastage. I’m really glad I went this route instead of adding a hood fan and ducting.
