Plug was wired wrong |

When first using the product it kept on tripping the circuit breaker when turning on the heater. I was able to diagnose that the plug connection to the heater element was wired wrong, the black wire was in the ground terminal. Once I fixed it it worked fine. The inkbird works fine I would probably give this a higher rating but this is kind of unacceptable.
Brewhardware.com response. Customer decided to troubleshoot and modify the wiring prior to contacting us about any issue. He later told us via email that he had to fix it and planned to post a negative review but wanted to wait to see what we had to say about it first. We explained that if he contacted us as soon as he had a problem, we would have swapped the parts out no questions asked. However, since he already fixed the problem, I asked what he would like us to do. We received no response to that question and this 1 star review was posted instead. Again, if you do not allow us to make things right, or even suggest what that would look like, you are failing as customer more than anything.
