Excellent product - with caution for sizing |

A high quality product, but be warned. It's stated The maximum wall thickness this can penatrate through is 2.5" - which is misleading to me. This does NOT mean you can use for wall thicknesses UP TO 2.5". The MFL pipe nipple is 2.880" in length, HOWEVER....that's without flare fittings/nuts.
That said, the max. material thickness you can install these through is 1.875". That's a 0.625" difference. I didn't realize until I drilled bulkhead hole through new refrigerator to use 20# tank. Now I'm banging my head and looking for a good solution. It's about 3/8" too short for my application.
Bobby and Brewhardware are outstanding so this doesn't affect my opinion of their products or services. I may have received a one-off but I believe it's more likely a misprint. I'm gonna contact Bobby for further info. Just be warned before purchasing so you don't have same issue as I.
