I am very impressed with the customer service at brewhardware! I forgot to order carboy caps with a big order I put in. I called a couple hours after I placed the order and asked if I could get the caps put in the first order to avoid extra shipping charges. I was told "no problem" so I placed the order for the caps with in store pick up as my shipping choice. When my order came, no carboy caps... however, I received a second package, my carboy caps. There was a note APPOLOGISING for failing to get them in the first order. This is unbelievable to me. It was my fault. The original package shipped so fast that my second order couldn't be included. My caps were shipped free even though it was MY mistake. I deserved no free shipping and no apology, but I got both. I used to order from morebeer AND brewhardware. Nothing against morebeer, but brewhardware now has my business exclusively. It is hard to find good customer service, but brewhardware has it!
